Shipping & Returns

For orders shipped within Spain, standard shipping is €4.99 for orders under €39. Orders of €39 or more ship free.

Available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email when available.

We also ship to selected destinations across the EU and internationally. Available shipping services, delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout based on your destination.

For destinations outside the EU, local duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These are determined by the relevant local authorities and may not be included in the checkout total.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To start a return, email returns@maisonthem.com with your order number.

Please return items in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection and, where possible, with their original packaging. Do not send a return before contacting us; we’ll confirm the next steps and any applicable return-shipping arrangements first.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email orders@maisonthem.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Once a return is received and reviewed, we’ll confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact returns@maisonthem.com as soon as possible so we can review it with you.
